Phylicia Irene Galvin Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Phylicia Irene Galvin of Greensboro, Maryland passed away on Wednesday June 29, 2022. She was 20 years old. Born on December 29, 2001, in Annapolis, Maryland, she was the daughter of John and Michelle Galvin. Phylicia grew up first in Cape St. Claire and then in Greensboro. She graduated from North Caroline High School with the class of 2020. Phylicia loved all animals (ferrets, dogs, and pigs were her favorites), coffee, snacks, books, Korean dramas, horror movies, anime, rock/metal music and so much more. She received her cosmetology license, but animals were her true passion. Phylicia began her college education to become an Animal Behaviorist at University of New England in Maine and although she was taking a break from college, she always intended to return to receive her degree. Phylicia worked as a Dog Kennel Technician at First State Animal Center and SPCA. Phylicia is survived by Her siblings Shawn, James, and Summer Galvin. Her parents John and Michelle Galvin, Her Grandmother Patricia Watson, Her Grandparents Mike and Debra Galvin, and Her Great Grandmother Jean Izzo. A visitation will be held on July 10, 2022, from 11am to 1pm at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home located in Greensboro, Maryland. A service will immediately follow at Fleegle, and Helfenbein Funeral Home.
